Aspiring to the Next Level with Ty Landman

  • Sunday, June 29th
  • 4p-6p
  • $40pp member ($60pp non-member)
Do you climb a handful of red tags, but not all.
Do you try pink tags and get one, once in a while?
Do you seek improvement but are not sure how to set realistic goals, conceptualize your training or structure your sessions?
Take part in a special 5 person coaching session with Ty Landman.
.
With over 30 years of high level climbing and training experience as a professional climber, Ty has climbed up to V15, opened many new lines v14 and up, and sent rarely repeated climbs all over the world. But most impressively, he has done so whilst being a full time student/maintaining a full time job AND avoiding injury and burnout over 3 decades.
.
Ty has a rich philosophical approach, that he is excited to share along with a board session. The first part of this small group coaching session will take place on the Kilter Board, followed by a sit down talk regarding the nuances of how to think about your training, barometers we can use to measure improvement and overall how to have a healthy relationship with your climbing. The focus of this is about refocusing your approach and engaging in a new outlook. Refresh your climbing and get closer to what you are capable of with this informative and aspirational session from one of the most insightful and talented climbers out there.
