General Changes

  • EFT members may update their contact information or billing information.
  • If you are responsible for multiple memberships, please include all members who are to be cancelled.
  • No refunds for payments which have not been cancelled on time.


  • The form must be submitted by the 25th of the month to avoid being billed for the next month’s dues.
  • The entire outstanding balance on your account must be paid prior to cancellation.
  • Cancellation of your membership will forfeit grandfathered or discounted membership rates, new memberships will be at current rates.
