Manage Your Membership

EFT members may update their contact information or billing information.
If you are responsible for multiple memberships, please include all members who are to be cancelled.
No refunds for payments which have not been cancelled on time.

All freeze requests must to be submitted by the 25th of the month to freeze for the following month.
You can freeze your EFT membership (at no charge) for up to 3 months, once per year.
Your existing dues amount will be preserved during a freeze.
Your membership will automatically bill after your freeze has ended.
If you'd like to return prior to the end of your freeze, feel free to come into the facility and we'll be able to restart your membership.

The form must be submitted by the 25th of the month to avoid being billed for the next month’s dues.
The entire outstanding balance on your account must be paid prior to cancellation.
Cancellation of your membership will forfeit grandfathered or discounted membership rates, new memberships will be at current rates.
