You can never try enough shoes out...actually, when do you really get to try shoes out? Almost never. Velcro yourself in and take some laps on the wall at your pace. Put shoes through their paces and burn some rubber all in the name of research. You never know what your next favorite shoe will be until you try it!

A hands-on workshop for climbers who want to stay strong and injury free. We will discuss upper body climbing injuries and why they happen.Then, we will break into groups to try out targeted exercises for stability, strength, and control that can easily fit into your climbing routine.
