New Yoga Classes and Schedule

New Salt Pump Yoga classes begin November 13

THE SALT PUMP YOGA ROOM HAS GOTTEN A FULL MAKEOVER, NEW CLASSES HAVE BEEN ADDED TO OUR REGULAR SCHEDULE, WE HAVE A NEW YOGA RETAIL SECTION IN OUR PRO-SHOP, AND WE ARE RUNNING A YOGA GEAR GIVE-AWAY!

Salt Pump is excited to introduce these new classes:

Intro to Yoga – For the beginner yogi and those who have never tried yoga before. This class will introduce the benefits of breath, balance, and stretching. Great for climbers who have been previously hesitant to try a class!

Yoga Nidra – Deep relaxation for those looking to unwind and find balance in their busy lives. This class is perfect for sore bodies and busy minds.

Yoga & Climbing – Guided climbing and yoga. Enhance your climbing through body-work and awareness. A perfect way to meet new climbing partners and deepen your understanding of the connection between yoga practice and climbing.

We’ll continue to offer our existing schedule of yoga classes as well.

A drop in yoga class would cost you $15 most anywhere else. Having free yoga as a part of your membership is a huge benefit to your mind, body and wallet. Use it!

Anyone can do yoga– if you have a willingness to try and the ability to breathe then you already have all the tools you need to start. Every time you come to the mat you have the opportunity to begin again, to start fresh right from where you are and explore where the practice can take you. There’s no right or wrong way to do yoga and in fact we call it a practice as a reminder that “perfection” doesn’t exist in yoga. So if you’re alive that means you’re breathing and that means you can do yoga, all you need to do is show up to your mat and start!
