New Yoga Classes & Times

Starting the week of May 9 we’ll have a yoga class offering every weekday afternoon or evening, Monday through Friday. And we’re adding a new instructor, too. And just for good measure, we’re installing gorgeous new wood flooring in the yoga room this coming week!

Here is the new schedule:

Mondays: 4-5pm Vinyasa Flow with Nichole Crandall

Tuesdays: 7:15-8:15pm Therapeutic & Hatha Yoga with Koren Katy Park <—–NEW CLASS & NEW INSTRUCTOR!

Wednesdays: 6-7pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Nicole French

Thursdays: 7:15-8:15pm Yin Yoga with Kristine Keegan

Fridays: 5:30-6:30pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Alexa Ward
