Yin Yoga (60 minutes). BALANCE and DEPTH are the key themes of this class. Yin is the deep, stable, and more passive side of yoga. We focus on increasing mobility and flexibility, especially in the joints and hips. In a series of supported poses (often held for a few minutes at a time) we strive to maintain a balance in sensation, activating our deep tissues and increasing blood flow throughout the body. Yin aids in deepening relaxation, increasing stamina, and maintaining mobility. For any level.
