Deep Stretch (60 minutes). MOBILITY and BALANCE are the key themes of this class. Deep Stretch is a class for those who want the physical benefits of stretching without the spiritual aspect of a yoga practice. In this class there is no pressure to remain silent; participants may socialize as they stretch and unwind throughout the class. Deep Stretch focuses on increasing mobility and flexibility, especially in the joints and hips. In a series of supported positions, we strive to activate our deep tissues and increase blood flow throughout the body. This kind of stretching aids in relaxation, increased stamina, and more mobility.
