Vinyasa Flow w/ Micah Carder

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
This class is a great way to find a connection with body breath movements. Flow is the key theme of the class, but students will have the option to make the class as hard or as easy as they would like it to be. We will flow through multiple vinyasa variations and explore different advanced asanas. A little yoga experience is recommended but it is not necessary.
