Vinyasa Flow w/ Micah Carter

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Monday, repeating until February 25, 2019
This class is a great way to find a connection with body breath movements. Flow is the key theme of the class, but students will have the option to make the class as hard or as easy as they would like it to be. We will flow through multiple vinyasa variations and explore different advanced asanas. A little yoga experience is recommended but it is not necessary.
“Originally from West Virginia I began my yoga practice in 2014 mostly focusing on power flows. I took my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Asheville Yoga Studio in 2016. I also have a background in yin and aerial yoga. Teaching yoga for me is such a joy and I am so happy to be able to share my practice.”
