HIIT and Core Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
More and more, climbing relies on dynamic, explosive movement. Come train these muscles and movement with 35 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using body weight and some additional equipment. This is a high energy workout for those looking to mix up their routine.
After HIIT, there will be 5 minute break where people can join for the Core class. Core class is 10 minutes of intense, focused core exercises.

A little about Kelly: “I have been teaching children’s fitness classes and adult fitness classes including, Spinning, group exercise, BodyPump, and personal training classes, since 2005. I am a passionate runner, beginner rock climber, homesteading gardener, unschooling mother, and triathlete-in-training. My husband and I moved to Portland in 2011 because of its beaches, year-round outdoor fun, and proximity to mountains. Our family spends our time rustic camping, boating, exploring, and hanging out outdoors as often as possible.”
