Breath is the key theme of this class. Breathing with “sound” heats the body, moves energy, steadies the mind, and guides movement. The practice flows through a series of postures that realigns the body and mind to find greater ease on and off the mat. Most beneficial if you are already physically active and comfortable with basic yoga postures.
