Feeling out of shape? Looking for some motivation and pointers for getting back into a regimented training routine? This 2-week program is ideal for climbers who are looking to improve their ability through structured training. During the class, climbers will be introduced to the concept of periodization and will be taken through the different phases of a training cycle. At the completion of the course everyone will have a sound understanding of how to design and properly follow a structured training program. Climbers will have the opportunity to design custom training plans to target their weaknesses and help them reach their intended goals.
Four sessions that will be a crash course in periodized training with a volume session, a strength session, a power endurance session, and a skills & sending session.
Pre-requisites: 18+ years old
